Sauté shallots and onions until golden then add ground turkey & seasoning. Mix well so it doesn't burn.

Preheat convection oven to 375.

Heat up scalloped potatoes until it's about 80% ready to eat.

Put the cooked ground turkey in a square oven - friendly dish and layer the scalloped potatoes on top.

Bake for 17 mins and serve hot.
