Mix oats, suji, carrot, maida, baking powder in a bowl and mix.

Add tomato, curd, salt, mirch and mix.

Make a runnig better and cover it for 20 min.

Greese the muffin mould. Add eno in mixture and mix.

Pour 2 tbsp mixture in each mould.

Put in microwave for 3 min on high.

When cool down then demould it.

Served with Ketchup.
