Preheat oven to 350°F

Butterfly chicken brest and add a pinch of season all, dash of pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder (all are optional)

open can of spinach and drain. put mozzarella and Spanish in each chicken breast

take a shallow bowl and crack both eggs and add milk to make a wash. dip chicken breast and roll around in the Italian style bread crumbs

place chicken breast in a backing pan lined with aluminum foil spray with cooking spry and plce in oven for 30 minutes till chicken is fully cooked

cook rest of the spinach in a pot and place on top of the cook chicken breast
- 7
add choice of side and enjoy!
