It was the mango festival here in qatar and.i hsd so many mangoes!! Dint know what to do with them.so made a.mango icecream..and since im a health freak(trying to be) i thought to male it healthy :)

It was the mango festival here in qatar and.i hsd so many mangoes!! Dint know what to do with them.so made a.mango icecream..and since im a health freak(trying to be) i thought to male it healthy :)

Mix together all ingrediants except the mango puree in a bowl until it becomes smooth

Add the mango puree to it.

Put this into the freezer and stir it every fifteen minutes to half an hour around 4-5 times

Aftr around 5-6 hours take it out and allow it do defrost for around 15 minutes

Pour it on top of the chocolate cake and ENJOY!!
