Ingredients

  • 4 largechicken breasts
  • 1eggs
  • 1milk
  • 1zesty thousand island
  • 1lawrys lemon pepper marinade
  • 1any spices /seasonings
  • 1Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix thousand island and lawrys lemon pepper marinade and marinade chicken for a while

  2. 2

    Pre heat oven to 400

  3. 3

    Mix egg and milk

  4. 4

    Mix seasonings and Panko bread crumbs

  5. 5

    Dunk chicken in egg mixture then in bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Place on cookie sheet or pan and cook for 1 hour

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
