3croutons
3drops Worcestershire sauce
2 clovegarlic
1 tspmustard
2 tbsplemon juice
1egg yolk
4anchovies
1/2 cupolive oil
1 headRomaine lettuce
1flaked parmesan

Grind croutons into powder.

Puree anchovies with a fork.

Whisk all ingredients except for olive oil in a large salad bowl.

When ingredients are blended slowly add olive oil while whisking. (About 1 tbsp every 5 seconds.)

Add romaine lettuce, croutons and parmesan cheese to taste.
