Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspHoisin sauce
  2. 2 tbspMorin
  3. 1 tbspVegetable oil
  4. 1 tspShichimi togarashi
  5. 1 lbMedium shrimp, peeled
  6. Sauce
  7. 4 tbspKetchup
  8. 4 tbspSriracha hot sauce
  9. 3 tbspFresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In large mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, mirin, vegetable oil, and shischimi togarashi. Stir well.

  2. 2

    Add shrimp and mix to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat grill to medium heat and spear shrimp with skewers

  4. 4

    Grill for two minutes per side

  5. 5

    For Cocktail Sauce- Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine. Serve as dipping sauce for shrimp
