
Hoisin Grilled Shrimp w/ Sriracha Cocktail Sauce

In large mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, mirin, vegetable oil, and shischimi togarashi. Stir well.

Add shrimp and mix to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat grill to medium heat and spear shrimp with skewers

Grill for two minutes per side

For Cocktail Sauce- Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine. Serve as dipping sauce for shrimp
