Dad's Bread(Carriage Stop Restaurant)

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to lowest setting possible then turn it off when it is preheated
- 2
Add everything but the flour into a bowl and mix untill everything is pretty homogeneous.
- 3
Add in flour and kneed until all flour pockets are gone

- 8
Preheat oven to 350°F and then bake the bread for 30 more minutes. When the bread is golden brown, you done good!

Monkey Bread Monkey Bread
#breads Monkey bread is also called as Puzzle bread, Hungarian coffee bread, bubble bread and/or pull-a-part bread. Monkey Bread is one of the most popular "American" breakfast dishes. Despite the name, this bread has no connection with the primates. It is believed that the name "monkey bread" attributes to the fact that the bread being a pull-a-part finger food, the enjoyer would pick apart the bread as a monkey would. Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky, gooey, soft, pinch -me bread made from little balls of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together in a bundt pan.In this recipe, I filled each of the dough balls with chocolate spread to give it an extra chocolatey twist. Monkey Bread Monkey Bread
I bought a piece of stoneware at the thrift shop. Unbeknownst to me, there were a few recipes inside of it. One was for monkey bread. I actually had some yeast inside of the cabinet. I took the liberty of adding my own flavors and ingredients but made sure not to deviate from the method so much as to totally mess up the recipe. I am not a baker... but I will admit that I have come very far from where I used to be. The fact that I can make a biscuit from scratch ought to give me an honorary culinary degree. I digressed. Dark Bread Dark Bread
A savory dark bread we used dipping into our chili. If you use vinegar in this recipe remember it's acidic. Acid counters yeast and hinder it's rising, but it also counters gluten and breaks it down and cause it to become very sticky and a bit harder to work with. It's a welcomed flavour to this bread. A couple of tablespoons of vinegar about 3% acidity would be nice. skunkmonkey101 -

Bread Bowls Bread Bowls
Used to be able to order chicken stew in a Bread bowl at a restaurant. They no longer sell it, so it was time to make our own. We make our chicken stew in bulk and freeze it in food saver bags. This way we always have hearty stews on hand. Now with the bread bowls, you have 1 less thing to wash. The fact that it is tasty doesn't hurt. Grill-Master
