Ingredients

  • Сырая капуста (полная большая стеклянная миска)
  • 3луковицы
  • 2банки скумбрии или сайры
  • 2батона замороженного теста
  • 1яйцо
  • Мука, растительное масло молоко, соль, перец

Steps

  1. 1

    Разморозить тесто. Оно должно подняться в тёплом помещении.

  2. 2

    Начинка из капусты : см "Тушеная капуста". Если использовать картошку, то понадобиться 4-5 сырых картофелин порезанных тонкими ломтиками.

    Расщепить рыбу на маленькие кусочки.

  4. 4

    Раскатать тесто. Нижний слой обрезать под размер противня.

  5. 5

    Посыпать дно противня мукой. Уложить нижний слой теста смотав его со скалки. Сверху нанести половину капусты (или картошку) ровным слоем, на неё разложить рыбу и сверху рыбы добавить оставшуюся капусту (или картошку).

  6. 6

    Уложить верхний слой теста. Защипать по краям, проделать 3 отверстия для сброса давления.

  7. 7

    Взбить 1 яйцо с небольшим количеством молока, смазать пирог на противне со всех сторон.

  8. 8

    Печь при температуре в 350F поочередно на верхней и нижней полках духовки.

  9. 9

    Если есть подозрения, что пирог не готов, а верх подгорание, то поставить пирог на нижнюю полку и прикрыть верх фольгой.
