Cut the bread into round with the help of a sharp cutter like a bowl or a lid of any box.

Here two cutters are required like one big and one small cutter. After cutting the big bread rounds,using smaller cutter cut the small size disc from half of the bigger bread rounds. keep a side these rings.

Heat 1tsp oil in a kadahi add the capsicum and carrot and saute on a medium flame for 2 min.Add boiled corn and saute on a medium flame for 2 min add chilli flakes, oregano,salt and papper mix well and cook on a medium flame for a few seconds.

Switch off the flame, add the crumbled paneer and mix well, keep corn mixture aside.

On the base of big bread rounds just spread the sauce mixture so that the ring will stick to the base properly.Then place ring to the top of the rounds spread base.And in the center fill the corn filling in the level of the bread and sprinkle some grated cheese on the top of filling In this way get all your coins ready. Lastly apply some milk or butter to the edges of the coin with the help of a brush.

Now bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 180c or till it becomes brown and crisp.

Your veg coins are ready to serve. Serve hot and enjoy.
