This is my daughter's favorite preparation for broccoli. Mine, too.

At a restaurant I like, they serve fresh popovers with honey butter. I decided to recreate this at home, but adding some orange flavor for an extra kick. This butter would also be great with fresh muffins or toasted bagels.

this lemon butter has a lovely flavor...its not overly sweet and the lemon shines through without it being overly tangy...

I have been making these for years!! Great drink for when its hot outside!! Kids love them

I first had duck l’orange when I was traveling in Belgium and loved it. I have tried to replicate the experience. If you have never had duck you should give it a try. It is very different from chicken.

Be careful while emptying the orange peel for serving purpose. Handle the peel gently
