Ingredients

  1. 1 loafchopped french bread
  2. 1 packageschopped bacon
  3. 1 packages12oz. diced ham
  4. 1 packages6.oz.canadian bacon chopped
  5. 1yellow onion chopped
  6. 1 canpineapple tidbits
  7. 1diced Anaheim chili
  8. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  9. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  10. 1 tsphickory liquid smoke
  11. 1 tbspmesquite seasoning
  12. 1 tspcourse ground black pepper
  13. 1 tspminced garlic
  14. 1cheese mix/cheddar/Monterey jack
  15. 1brie cheese

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    cut french bread into inch cubes layer casserole save some for the top layer.

    add chopped bacon into frying pan, cook till almost done add in diced onion, chili & minced garlic cook about 4minutes, now add in diced ham, Canadian bacon, wine, heavy cream, liquid smoke & seasonings. cook about 5-7 minutes turn off heat and add drained pineapple

    add pork topping to bread with sauce reserve some for top.now top with more bread and last of pork mixture. top with cheese as much as desired and brie cheese.

    bake 20-25 minutes

Not a fan. Not cohesive, resembles more of a salty hash then a casserole. Heavy cream and liquid smoke should have been my clue.
