Ingredients

  1. 1/2 mediumAvocado
  2. 1 largeEgg
  3. 1 piece12 Grain Bread
  4. 1 tspCoconut Oil
  5. pinchSalt
  6. pinchPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your avocado and put into a bowl so you and smash it with a fork.

  2. 2

    Toast your slice of bread.

  3. 3

    Scramble egg in a frying pan, I used coconut oil so it didn't stick. Salt and peppered to tasted and also used some chipotle spice in there too.

  4. 4

    Cover your piece of toast with the avocado you mashed and top with your egg.
