  1. 5rocket
  2. 10lettuce (purple and green)
  3. 10green olives without seed
  4. 8Buffala mozzarella bocconcini
  5. 10Grape cherry tomatoes
  6. pinchsalt
  7. pinchblack pepper
  8. 2 tbspolive oil
  9. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar

    Wash and dry lettuce and rocket

  2. 2

    wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half

  3. 3

    In a salad bowl put lettuce, tomatoes, rocket, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Add olives, and mozzarella bocconcini cheese

  6. 6

    Mix some more, and serve
