Clean shrimps in running water ,drain ,set aside...i choose medium size ,soft shells shrimps,as i eat it all ,no need to peel :) ,but you can peel and choose bigger size as you prefer :)

Crush garlic cloves with black peppers,chop and slice other ingredients ,mix in the bowl

On medium high heat ,add in little oil to fry garlic ,peppers and other ingredients,when get a good smell add in shrimps ,stir to mix,seasoning by salt and soya sauce ,let it cook and sauce get dry cover shrimps ,serve hot with my spicy sauce,or only eat as it already seasoned :)
