  2. 1 cupLeek
  3. 1 cupPeas
  4. 1 cupMushrooms
  5. 1 literStock
  6. 1/2 cupAlborio rice
  7. 1 pinchPepper
  8. 1/4 cupCheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry off garlic, leek and mushroom

  2. 2

    Stir in rice and add stock

  3. 3

    Let it simmer and top up if it all absorbs

  4. 4

    When rice is soft stir in cheese and peas to taste

  5. 5

    Serve
