Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb.chicken thighs
  • 1морковка
  • 1картошка
  • 1средняя луковица
  • Яичная лапша
  • Соль, куриный бульонный порошок, петрушка, укроп

Steps

  1. 1

    Курицу помыть и поставить вариться. После закипания варить на минимальном огне 30 минут, периодически удаляя пену.

  2. 2

    Приготовить поджарку пока варится курица.

  3. 3

    После первого шага посолить (Чуть более половины чайной ложки соли) и варить ещё 10 минут.

  4. 4

    Затем убрать курицу, процедить бульон если нужно и добавить порезанную картошку.

  5. 5

    Довести до кипения и варить картошку 5 минут.

  6. 6

    В это время порезать вареную курицу мелкими кусочками и добавить ее в кастрюлю вместе с поджаркой.

  7. 7

    Продолжать варить до готовности картошки.

  8. 8

    Когда картошка готова добавляем яичной лапши и куриного бульона порошка, довариваем ещё 4-5 минут.

    Очень мелко нарезанные укроп и петрушка добавляем в уже готовый суп на последнем шаге.
