Steps

bring a pot of water and 2 eggs to a boil then simmer for 8 minute then off heat and drain the eggs and let it cooled then peeled under running water

mash up boiled egggs then season with a add dash salt and pepper

mix eggs onto cooked rice in a rice cooker and cook for another 3 minute

OR stir fry all in a non stick pan gently for 3 to 5 minute
