  • 4 cupNapa Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cupCarrots (Shredded)
  • 1 cupCilantro (Chopped)
  • 2 cupBean Sprouts
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts (Chopped)
  • Coleslaw Sauce Mixture
  • 1/2 cupSweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cupRice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cupCoconut Milk
  • 2 cloveGarlic (Minced)
  • 3 tbspBrown Sugar
  • 1 tbspCreamy PeanutButter
  • 1 tspGinger (Fresh & Grated)
  • 1Lime (Juiced)
  • 1/2 tbspSoy Sauce

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts

  3. 3

    Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw. Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy

  4. 4

    Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers
