  1. 2 1/2 ozBittersweet chocolate
  2. 1 ozMilk chocolate
  3. 1/4 cupBoiling water
  4. 1/4 cupMilk
  5. 1 cupHeavy cream
  6. 3 tbspHeavy cream

  1. 1

    Mix the chocolate with the boiling water until it's all melted and smooth.

  2. 2

    In a small saucepan, whisk the milk and the cream until simmering.

  3. 3

    Add the chocolate mixture and stir well

  4. 4

    Take off the heat and pour in a cup.

  5. 5

    Whip the heavy cream and slowly add over the hot chocolate with a spoon
