Ingredients

3egg yolks
1 1/2 cupsugar
1 1/2 cupbuttermilk
2 tbspflour
1 tbspbutter
1/2 tsplemon extract

Steps

pre heat oven to 450°F.

mix all ingredients in order

pour into a 9" pie crust. (unbaked)

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then bring to 350°F and continue baking for 40 minutes.

let stand to cool before serving.
