A broiler pot half way filled with water

bring water to a boil.

clean and add the chicken

boil chicken for 30 to 45 mins.

Do not drain chicken. remove chicken from boiler and leave temperature at boil.

Debone and shred the chicken.

add shredded chicken back into pot

add your butter, rice and cream of chicken.

stir every 10 minutes until rice and cream is completely thicken.

season to flavor and serve in bowls
