1 piecelamb shank
1 packagesred wine
1 cupall-purpose flour
1 mediumred onion
1 largeshallot
1 stickrosemary
2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
2 tbsptomato paste
1 boxbeef stock
2 clovegarlic

Coat lamb shanks in flour. Heat olive oil in pan med high. Brown lamb shanks about 4 min per side.

Put lamb in crock pot.

Add 2 cups wine to pan. Add shallots, onion and garlic.

Throw everything in crock pot. Turn heat low for 7 hours.
