Steps

Take a fry pan, heat olive oil in it.

Add curry leaves, sesame seeds, black mustard seed and sauté.

Now add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped bell pepper and sauté them as well.

Add spice to it:- turmeric powder, salt, paprika. Toss well.

Add boiled rice and mix it well.

Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle coriander leaves onto it.

Lemon rice are ready to eat.
