  1. 1 lbLean ground beef
  2. 4 tbspTaco seasoning (1 pkg)
  3. 1 canKidney Beans (drained)
  4. 1 cupSalsa
  5. 1 cupWater
  6. 4Flour tortillas (6 inch)
  7. 1 cupMexican shredded cheese mix
  8. 1/3 cupSour cream
  9. 1/3 cupChopped green onions (about 1 large)

  1. 1

    Brown meat in large non stick skillet on medium-high heat (drain the fat from meat)

  2. 2

    Add seasoning mix, beans, salsa, and water; stir.

    Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.

    Cut up tortillas into roughly 1x1inch squares

  5. 5

    Stir in tortillas and top with cheese. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.
