Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Minced meat (beef)
  • Tomato paste
  • Onions
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the potatoes into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Fry them in cooking oil till brown.

  3. 3

    Seperately, fry onions in a pan.

  4. 4

    Add the garlic, salt and any other favourable spices.

  5. 5

    Add the minced meat.

  6. 6

    Fry till golden brown.

  7. 7

    Add the tomatoe paste and stir.

  8. 8

    Serve with the chips and enjoy.
