My simple supper was easy and I took very little time. It does not require a lot of ingredients

Boil 2½cups water for the ugali. Add flour to the boiled water.

Use a mwiko to turn as you add the flour.when the ugali stops becoming like porridge.

Keep turning and after a few minutes when it starts burning at bottom use the mwiko to shape to be almost circular then turnover to plate and cover with the sufuria.

For the cabbage place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

When they start turning brown add the tomatoes and stir as they soften.

Add cabbage to the crashed tomatoes and stir. Add salt and a little water so it does not burn.
