Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4 kgmushrooms
  2. 1/4 kgminced meat
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 8celery sticks
  6. 3 spoonshoney
  7. Vinegar
  8. Salt
  9. Garlic
  10. Cheese

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Sautee the oniom and garlic in vegetable oil until well browned. Add some vinegar to taste.

  2. 2

    Add the mushrooms and let cook for 4 minutes covered. Stir a few times.

  3. 3

    Add the mince meat and let cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add salt and tomatoes and stir in. Let cook for 5 more minutes or until the mince meat is cooked. Stie in the honey

  5. 5

    Chop the celery and grate the cheese to serve as a topping.

  6. 6

    Enjoy. You can also serve as a sandwich with guacamole added.
