Ingredients

2 lbBison is best for these , but beef works as well
2as needed Jhalopenos
1/2 packagesSharp cheddar cheese
1as needed Salt
1as needed Ground black pepper
1as needed Garlic powder
1Egg
1 pinchBread crumbs
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce

Steps

Make sure the meat is completely thawed

Dice the jhalopenos Farley well

Mix All ingredients in big bowl and let patties sit for at least 10 mins so all flavored can combine

Grilling the burgers will have the best flavor
5

One last thing I forgot to mention must use onion buns
