Here's the recipe, folks.. I've had it noted down for a while, thinking I'd make it right away.. but I forgot where I got it from.. The coating base uses baking powder... in a fairly large amount.. I thought it would be bitter.. but it wasn't that bad.. Crispy and delicious...

Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. If you want a nice presentation, cut them in half and remove the small wing tip. But since I'm lazy, I just leave them whole 🤣

Add all the spices except the butter to the chicken.

Mix until well combined and all parts of the chicken are coated.

Preheat the oven to a high temperature. Arrange on a wire rack for a crispy result. Brush with melted butter.

Bake for 20 minutes. Then flip them over. Brush with butter again. Bake for another 20 minutes.

It's delicious with very simple seasoning. I even thought about adding some chili flakes for a spicy kick.. it would definitely be tasty hehhehehe..
