Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 lbchicken drumsticks and thighs
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbspadobo
  • 1 1/2 tspdry basil
  • 1 1/2 tspdry parsley
  • 1 packagessazon
  • 1 1/2 tbspsofrito
  • 1 smallonion, chopped
  • 1carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 packagesbaby corn
  • 1/2green pepper, chopped
  • 2 dasholive oil
  • 1/2 boxchicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken with adobo and the spices. Heat oil and add the sofrito and cook the veggies until tender.

  2. 2

    Add the chicken, sauce, sazon and the chicken stock.

  3. 3

    Let the chicken cook for about 45 min. Until sauce thickens.
