Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 7 tbspwhite/brown sugar
  • 1 tspground blackpeper
  • 1 headgarlic, minced
  • 1cooking oil for frying
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 lbbeef sirloin/ thin sliced

  1. 1

    Combine in a container all ingredients. Stir well.

  2. 2

    After mixing all the ingredients, place the beef meat in a container or ziplock bag.

  3. 3

    Cover and refrigerate the marinade for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

    Fry until brown.

  5. 5

    Serve with sunny side eggs and plain rice or garlic fried rice.

  6. 6

    Enjoy.
