Leftovers chilli and mint yogurt

Ingredients

  1. 1left over bolognaise
  2. 1half a can of kidney beans
  3. 1half a can of chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tsphot chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcajun spice
  6. 1 tbspfull fat natural yogurt
  7. 1 tspdried mint
  8. 1feta cheese if desired to crumble on top

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the tomatoes, kidney beans, chilli powder and Cajun spices for a few minutes.

    Add your left over bolognaise and stir in. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

    In another bowl stir the mint into the yogurt.

  4. 4

    Serve chilli on rice, add mint yogurt to the side and crumble feta cheese over the top for extra yumminess
