Kasuri methi flavoured atta mathri matar Take wheat flour-2katori Suji-1katori Add salt as per taste,black pepper powder-1tbsp,cumin seeds-1teaspoon,pinch of ajwain, kasuri methi-crushed-2teaspoon and mix well Add Desi ghee-1/2katori and make a crumble like texture. Now add water to make a tight dough.

Now take a small portion and roll it flat.

Now apply some hot oil slightly over it and fold it from 4 sides-make 4 folds.

Now deep fry them.

For matars- roll a thick chapatti and cut it into strips.
