1 lbground beef
1onion, chopped

2 candiced tomato (15 oz each)
3bay leaf
1/4 cupchili powder
1 tbspbrown sugar
1 tbspbasil
1 tbspItalian seasoning
1 tbspthyme
1 tbsppepper
1 tsporegano
1 tspmarjoram
1shredded cheese (optional for garnish)

In a large skillet cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat at is no longer pink. Drain off fat.

Place all meat mixture and remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Discard bay leaves.
