Ingredients

Great Northern Beans
1 lbGreat Northern Beans
1each Smoked Hamhock
32 ozchicken stock
1each onion, chopped
1 tbspground black pepper
3each garlic cloves
1 tspground cumin
2 dashRed Pepper Flakes
2 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspButter

Place cleaned beans in the crock pot

Place butter and spices into the crock pot

Pour chicken stock over beans if not about 2 inches over the beans add water to that level

Add in ham hock

Turn on crock pot to high
6

Cover and cook for approximately 6 hours or until beans are at desired doneness.
