Add milk in a heavy bootam wok and boiled it.now cook for 10minutes on low flame.

Peel and grate the apple.

Heat ghee in a pan and roasted the vermicili.

Add roasted vermicili,sugar and nuts in boiled milk.

Cook this mixture on low flame for 10minutes.

Switchoff the flame.add grated apple and mix well.

Garnish with apple slices.
- 8
Serve chilled this kheer.
