Steps

Roast rava with 1/2 tbsp of ghee till it become golden

Take ghee on another pan and heat it. Add mustard seeds in it

Once it's crackeling add curry leaves, fine chopped onion, tomato and green chilli.

Add hing now. Mix it and add roasted rava in it. Mix it for 1 min.

Now pour hot water in it. Add salt and stir it. Wait till mixture gets dry.

Serve it with pickle and sev
