These are the best mashed potatoes. I always serve them with my meatloaf and make them for thanksgiving. Amazing.
Cooking Instructions

Peel potatoes to liking,(I like the skin left on) and quarter.
- 2
Bring potatoes to boil with 1 tsp of garlic until soft.
- 3
Drain potatoes and mix with butter until melted.
- 4
Stir in remaining ingredients.
- 5
Serve with choice of gravy.
