  1. 8red potatoes
  2. 2 tspgarlic(crushed)
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 1/4 cuphalf & half
  5. 1/2 tspwhite sugar
  6. 1/2 tspsteak seasoning
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes to liking,(I like the skin left on) and quarter.

  2. 2

    Bring potatoes to boil with 1 tsp of garlic until soft.

  3. 3

    Drain potatoes and mix with butter until melted.

  4. 4

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

  5. 5

    Serve with choice of gravy.
