Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 1 largeonion finely chopped
  3. 1/2dry white wine
  4. 2cloves garlic chopped
  5. 1/2 cupfrozen peas
  6. 1red &green capsicum diced
  7. 2medium or 1 tin diced Tomatoes
  8. 2 cupchicken stock
  9. 420 gramstin condensed tomato soup
  10. 1 1/4 cuprisotto rice
  11. 500 gramsFish or chicken

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Oven to 160 fan forced.

  2. 2

    Heat oil, sauté onions until soft, add wine. Cover and simmer 5 min.

    Add peas, Capsicum, tomatoes, increase heat, cook uncovered 5 min

  4. 4

    Heat to high, add soup, stock & Rice. Bring to boil string often.

  5. 5

    Cover and bake 15 min. Remove, stir well add chicken, cover and bake 8 min.

  6. 6

    If using seafood, remove now, stir well add seafood, cover and bake further 8 min.
