Mimi's Chili Mimi's Chili
I have made this recipe many ways (added onions while cooking or chopped green pepper) below is the way my family likes me to make it. Add reserved juice from tomatoes if you want more liquid. I use a little cornstarch and water to thicken if needed. We serve this either over rice, elbow noodles or crackers and butter! Topped with chopped onions, cheese and sour cream or fritos! pam.healy65 -

Classic Chili Classic Chili
This is the best-tasting chili that I've ever had. It's nothing adventurous -- just classic and delicious! For fun, add some toppings to your bowl! Some of my favorites include:- green onions- cilantro- home-made mac & cheese- Fritos corn chips- Sour Cream & Cheddar Ruffles potato chips (but go light! Their flavor can be over-powering)- shredded cheddar cheese- and of course regular sour creamMaybe don't try all those toppings at once, but in smaller combinations, they can be delicious! :-)schultzisaiah
