Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grab a 3+ quart pot at minimum. (preferably 4+ quart).
- 2
In your pot, brown the beef and pork together along with the onions. Drain off excess fat.
- 3
Add the kidney beans, the tomatoes and the jalapeños (optional) without draining the cans first and mix together. This is the liquid that the chili will stew in.
- 4
Mix in chili seasoning.
- 5
Bring to a boil. (About 5-10 minutes)
- 6
Simmer covered for 60-90 minutes. (I prefer around 90)
- 7
Serve and enjoy!

Dad's Chili Dad's Chili
I have already posted this once, but here's my chance to make it into your belly! This chili recipe is healthy, my dad introduced me to it. You start with the best grade grass fed organic sirloin beef ground to good chunky chili consistency. The rest is easy, and flexible. Just be sure that if you use canned tomatoes or beans, they are organic and salt free. vlutaski -

Classic Chili Classic Chili
This is the best-tasting chili that I've ever had. It's nothing adventurous -- just classic and delicious! For fun, add some toppings to your bowl! Some of my favorites include:- green onions- cilantro- home-made mac & cheese- Fritos corn chips- Sour Cream & Cheddar Ruffles potato chips (but go light! Their flavor can be over-powering)- shredded cheddar cheese- and of course regular sour creamMaybe don't try all those toppings at once, but in smaller combinations, they can be delicious! :-)schultzisaiah
