500 gmince meat
400 gbaked beans
1onion
1green pepper
2 tablespoonsminestrone soup
2 tablespoonoil
1 teaspoonall in one spice
1/2 cupwater

Fry onion, green pepper and spices

Add mince meat and fry for 15 minutes

In half cup water add minestrone soup then add then cook for 10 minutes

Then add your baked beans let simmer for 5 minutes

Serve with macaroni and spinach
