Melt ghee in a heavy bottom pan.

Add atta & cook for 12-15 minutes on low flame, stir continuously, till medium brown in colour. When aroma exudes & the flour is properly browned take off the heat.

Immediately spread in a tray. Cool till it comes to room temperature. Sprinkle cardamom and add sugar. Mix well

Sprinkle milk and mix well again to get a mixture that binds well.

Form tight fist (mutthi) shaped pinnies. This is done by taking some mixture and pressing it in the fist. Garnish with pista
