  • Mix
  • 1 can (21 ounce)peach pie filling (pie filling)
  • 1 packagesorange cake mix
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • Topping
  • 8 ozpackage cream cheese softened
  • 3 ozpackage instant vanilla pudding
  • 20 ozcan crushed pineapple including juice
  • 8 ozcontainer cool whip

  1. 1

    Mix the dry cake mix with the pie filling,eggs, and sour cream. Place in a 9 x13 pan. Bake at 350°F Fahrenheit for 25 -30 minutes. Cool.

  2. 2

    Mix topping ingredients including juice from pineapple. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate.

Loved cake but would've cut peaches up. I added lemon zest. It was hard to mix up the cream cheese will soften more next time.
