1 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
1/2lemon juice
3 clovegarlic pound
1ground black pepper to taste.
1 pinchof brown sugar
1onion ring to garnish
1 1/2 tbspvegetable oil

Cut beef into pcs med.size.marinate atleast 30min.

Simmer to slow fire add the marinated sauce.to cook.till tender

Add the onion rings and cook more 5min.
