  • 1/2 kgbeef tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 3 clovegarlic pound
  • 1ground black pepper to taste.
  • 1 pinchof brown sugar
  • 1onion ring to garnish
  • 1 1/2 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut beef into pcs med.size.marinate atleast 30min.

  2. 2

    Simmer to slow fire add the marinated sauce.to cook.till tender

  3. 3

    Add the onion rings and cook more 5min.
