Ingredients

  1. Sauce
  2. 1/2 tbsphoney
  3. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 1/4 cupdijon mustard
  6. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  8. 1Salmon
  9. 1salt and pepper (dash of each)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For sauce: Melt butter, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and grated ginger.

    Once melted, whisk in dijon mustard. Cook 2 min then set aside. (Makes 6 servings)

    Heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan.

  4. 4

    Lightly salt and pepper salmon and place in pan. Cook 3 min

  5. 5

    Flip salmon (should be lightly golden) and top with some sauce. Cook 3 min.

  6. 6

    Flip salmon again and top with some sauce on this side. Cook 2-3 more min or until salmon cooked through

  7. 7

    YUMMY!! Enjoy!
