This is about a 50 year old recipe. I hope you give it a go!

Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Cook the onion and peppers in a quarter cup of butter till tender

Mix the bread pieces, corn, and cheese, and eggs. Add salt. Mix together.

Mix the tablespoon of butter with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole.

Add cheese

Bake in oven for 30 minutes

Cut the hotdogs in half in equal length.

Stick into the casserole cut side down and rounded end up.

Bake 15 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes.
