Stewed Beef with boiled Managu

Wash beef and cutinto small sizes. Then put to boil with a quarter cup of water and salt to taste

Boil beef for 20 minutes. Then cut the onions and tomatoes.

In a sufuria put oil and put in diced onions. Fry until golden brown then add in tomatoes and stir.

Put in royco and mix very well. Then add salt. Stir. Then add in the boiled beef. Stir add salt. You can add in llittle water for soup.
