Ingredients

  1. 2salmon filets
  2. 1/2 cuptoasted sesame salad dressing
  3. 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1 tspground coriander seed
  6. 1 tsplemon peel seasoning
  7. 1 tsporange peel seasoning
  8. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1salt and white pepper
  10. 1sesame oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate filets in dressing for 4 hours.

    Dry filets. Toss in enough extra virgin olive oil to cover. Season.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 10-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°

    Variations; Mustard, parsley, mirin, hoisin, sake, teriyaki, oyster sauce, EVOO, soy sauce, horseradish, orange juice
