Ingredients

  • 2salmon filets
  • 1/2 cuptoasted sesame salad dressing
  • 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspground coriander seed
  • 1 tsplemon peel seasoning
  • 1 tsporange peel seasoning
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1salt and white pepper
  • 1sesame oil; as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate filets in dressing for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Dry filets. Toss in enough extra virgin olive oil to cover. Season.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350° for approximately 10-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°

  4. 4

    Variations; Mustard, parsley, mirin, hoisin, sake, teriyaki, oyster sauce, EVOO, soy sauce, horseradish, orange juice
